At some point in life, everyone has experienced fear and anxiety to some degree or another. Some of you find it very challenging to stop being fearful or anxious, but you can actually minimize your anxiety from draining your energy, and causing you to make emotionally charged and often unwise choices. This week, I am confident that my message will help raise some awareness and provide some insights into what mindset may cause us to be fearful and anxious and what you may be able to do to help control that. I am going to recommend no coffee for this episode, maybe some green tea and a quiet corner to relax and enjoy some "Time Out" with me... Coach Gord.
