Championship Coach and WIAC Coach of the Year in 2019-20 Coach Erik Strand is my guest on the podcast this week. Erik just seems to win wherever he goes. He was part of the coaching staff that won the  Div III National Championship in 2013 with Wisconsin Eau-Claire and went on to coach the women team to multiple divisional championships... and did it again this season!
